Kardinia – place where dawn breaks – is a family business comprising Kardinia Wines and Kardinia White Suffolk Stud near Murrumbateman, NSW.

Vikki Fischer, a proud local of 30-something years, graduated from CSU with a bachelor in applied (wine) science in 2004, and has been making award winning Canberra District Kardinia wines ever since.

Partner Bernie Mickelson, also a proud local, with over 35 years experience at CSIRO, is using his talents in genetics to breed superior Kardinia White Suffolk rams for first cross lamb production.
